Draw the grenade’s fuze.
Start to draw the body.
Draw the cells in the middle.
Draw the cells at the edges.
Keep drawing the cells at the edges.
Add more cells.
Complete all the cells.
Add the safety pin.

As shown in the picture, draw a long, thin bar horizontally first.
Draw a vertical rectangle with rounded corners at the top.
Then draw a small horizontal rectangle with rounded corners at the top.
Then draw a small vertical rectangle.
