Step-by-step Guide

Start by drawing a trapezoid with a wide top and a narrow bottom.
Draw a half circle on the top of the trapezoid and add some ornaments to the bottom of the trapezoid with some U and V lines.
Complete the bottom ornaments.
As shown, draw a series of radial curves in the half circle.
Draw some vertical lines inside the trapezoid.
Draw the stick resting horizontally and the bird standing on the it.
Color this bird cage and also the bird.
