Draw two parallel wavy lines to connect the sides of the shoulders.
Draw two short vertical curve lines below the wavy lines to form the body shape and highlight the details of the garment and waist with a short horizon jagged curve.
Draw two parallel V shapes under the body to form a belt. A small circle in the middle of the V-shapes indicates a gem.
