Draw an arc.
Draw a wide short bar with curved lines.
Add the facial features of the lion.
Add the pointy ears with inverted curvy V lines.
Use a series of inverted U lines to draw the hair on the crown. And complete the mouth and teeth with U shaped lines.
Draw a curved wavy line to enclose the lower half of the lion’s head.
Draw the body of the person holding the lion’s head.
Add the legs and feet.
Draw the person’s face and complete the lion.
