How to Draw a Cantaloupe Melon
Cantaloupe melons are a delicious and refreshing fruit that can be enjoyed in many different ways. They are also a great subject for drawing, as they are relatively simple to draw. Now let’s get started.

Draw the outline of the melon. The outline of a melon is a simple oval shape. Start by drawing a large oval in the center of your paper.
Draw a half circle for the shape of a melon slice covering part of the full melon.
Draw a crescent shape within the half circle. This presents the seed cavity.
Erase the overlapped guide lines for the full melon, and make a small gap at the upper left of the circle.
Draw a pair of small arcs for the fruit’s navel.
Add the stem like a T shape.
Use a long curve to indicate the thickness of the melon slice’s skin. To add some texture to the skin of the full cantaloupe melon, simply draw criss-cross lines over its surface. This pattern is distinctively associated with cantaloupes.
