First outline a leaf shape, which will form a eye socket of the Wolf.
Draw the other eye in the same way.
Trace some short curves at the ends of either eye sockets.
Shade inside either eye socket.
Draw some matching curves as shown in the picture.
Draw a few short lines above either eye.
Draw some short lines between the eyes. And sketch an arc under either eye.
