First define the inner lining of the left wing. This line is kind of like a distorted number three.
Draw the outer lines for the right wing. This is symmetric with the line on the left.
Use a series of overlapping curved lines to draw the outer lining of the two wings.
Use overlapping lines to add some feather details.
Add more feather details.
Add some little dots or short lines.
