Start from a low hanging ear.
Outline the head and the dog’s muzzle.
Draw the eyes and brows.
Draw the nose and mouth.
Add a collar to the neck and draw the outline of the body.
Draw a hand that hangs down.
Draw the other hand with thumbs up.
Add the feet and the tail.
Color this cute snoopy.
