Start by drawing two eyes connected together, one is bigger than the other.
Add details to the eyes and draw eyebrows.
Draw one ear.
Draw the other ear.
Now the muzzle.
Draw the open mouth. Make sure to highlight the surprised expression on its face.
Draw the neck and collar.
Add a paw that is placed near the mouth.
Outline the upper body and the arm.
Color this Scooby.
