Step-by-step Guide

Start by drawing a straight line and an arc line to for the blade.
Draw another arc for the other blade.
Outline the handles of the scissors with two U shapes.
Add two oval shapes to complete the handles of the scissors.
Add a straight line to complete the blade drawing.
Color the scissors as desired.
