First, draw a circle as the pivot screw – holds the two scissors together.
Now outline the shape of the shaft. This will attach the finger rings to the pivot.
Draw the finger rings with two small matching irregular circles.
Draw one blade.
Next comes the other blade.
Add a smiling face in the pivot screw.
