First, draw a big circle. This will form the body of Saturn.
Inside the circle, near the top, draw a set of parallel arcs to form a ring around Saturn.
Draw two more parallel arcs lower and the first set.
Draw a upside-down arc within the circle, near the bottom of the circle.
Draw an outer ring around Saturn.
Color this Saturn and its outer ring.
