Start with the muzzle.
Sketch a big eye with eyelashes.
Draw the mane over the eye and add a pointy ear.
Complete the mane.
Draw a pair of overlapping wings with successive inverted U shapes.
Sketch out the front leg as shown.
Draw the lines for the belly and hip, and add the other two legs.
Add the cutie mark, a cloud with a slightly-curved three-colored lightning bolt on the hip.
Add a big fluffy tail.
