Draw a small circle.
Sketch an inverted V-shaped line with some curvature.
Draw a small circle on each end of the inverted V-line.
Connect two small circles with a line with two breakpoints.
Draw a curve.
Add some curves and a small circle to make the tiara three-dimensional.
Add a small oval to the front of the crown.
Add two stars.
