Outline the shape of the pomeranian’s head and ears first.
Draw the nose and mouth as shown.
Draw a pair of starry eyes.
Draw an apron with a u-shaped line beneath the chin and add some lace along with it.
Draw its left foreleg.
Draw its right foreleg.
Draw the hip and a hind leg.
Depict an erect big bushy tail. And add a small circle above either eye.
