How to Draw a Polar Bear
The polar bear, a member of the bear family, is the world’s largest land carnivore, mostly living in the Arctic. Learn to draw a polar bear with this easy step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Begin by drawing a circle. This shape will outline the polar bear’s head.
Step 2: Draw a circle next to the large circle.
Step 3: Connect the two circles using two curved lines.
Step 4: For each ear, enclose a half circle within a larger half circle.
Step 5: Outline the legs with a series of curved lines. For each leg, extend two curved lines downwards from the body.
Step 6: Draw the polar bear’s feet. Use a curved line to enclose an irregular shape to form a foot. For each foot, draw a few short curved lines to form two or more toes.
Step 7: Draw the polar bear’s short fluffy tail with a curved line.
Step 8: For each eye, draw a tiny circle within a circle, and shade between the two circles. Draw a curved line above each eye to indicate eyebrows.
Step 9: Sketch an almond shape to outline the area for the nose and mouth. Draw a circle and shade it, leaving two tiny specks as nostrils. Then draw a curved lines to indicate the mouth.
Color the polar bear. Polar bears are white. And we don’t have to use many colors for this picture.
