Start with the Bulbasaur’s mouth and teeth.
Draw the triangular eyes and dotted nose.
Define the lining of the head and ears.
Draw a front leg.
Draw the belly line and the other front leg.
Draw the back line and one of the hind legs.
Draw the seeds on Bulbasaur’s back.
Draw some spots of various sizes on Bulbasaur’s head, back, and legs.
Draw some lines on each leg to distinguish from the leg’s inside and the outside.
