First, draw a shape like a large water drop to form the outline of a pine cone.
Draw the stem of the pine cone.
Draw some small upside-down U shapes inside the water drop.
Draw the second row of upside-down, somewhat slanted U shapes.
Draw the third row of U shapes.
Draw the fourth row of U shape.
Draw the fifth row of U shapes.
Add some more inverted U shapes.
Delete the guide line.
Color this pine cone.
