How to Draw Pikachu
Pikachu is a short, chubby rodent Pokémon. It is covered in yellow fur with two horizontal brown stripes on its back. It has a small mouth, long, pointed ears with black tips, and brown eyes. Each cheek is a red circle that contains a pouch for electricity storage. It has short forearms with five fingers on each paw, and its feet each have three toes. At the base of its lightning bolt-shaped tail is a patch of brown fur. This Pikachu drawing tutorial shows the sketching and drawing steps from start to finish.

Start with Pikachu’s round eyes.
Draw a small black dot between the eyes for the nose. Then draw the opening mouth under the nose.
Draw the ears by extending a set of curved lines on each side of the head. Allow the lines to meet in points.
Connect the two ears with a curve outlining the top of the head. And sketch out the lining of the face.
Draw one hand across Pikachu’s chest.
Draw the other hand raising.
Draw the body.
Add the feet.
Draw rounded blushes on both sides of the face. And add a lightning-shaped tail.
Color this Pikachu. A lovely Pikachu is born!
