Start by drawing the pelican’s long upper mandible.
Start to draw the bird’s lower mandible. Depict a curved, folded-back curve first.
A pelican’s lower mandible (the bottom half of its bill) is basically just a frame around the pouch. Now Complete the lower mandible with a u-shaped line.
Outline the head and neck.
Draw a round starry eye.
Draw the body of the bird and the water with a series of wavy lines.
Draw a wing with overlapping u-shaped curves.
Color this pelican.
