Start with a big starry eye and eyelashes.
Draw the pegasus’ muzzle.
Draw one ear and part of the mane.
Add the mane and a pointy horn on the head.
Draw a wing with a series of overlapping curved lines.
Draw another overlapping wing and complete the mane.
Draw the line of the neck and sketch the two raised front legs.
Draw the line of the underbelly and two hind legs.
Depict the hip and add a fluffy tail.
