Draw two small circles. The circle on the right is slightly larger than the circle on the left. These two small circles will form the eye sockets.
Draw the starry eyeballs in the eye socket.
Draw the eyebrows and smiling mouth.
Draw the shape of the head and begin to draw the body.
Draw a tail in the shape of a fan.
Draw the pectoral fin.
Draw the dorsal fin.
Draw the pelvic fins on either side of the body.
Draw a series of bubbles in front of the head.
Color this lovely fish.
