Start drawing hats. The hat was like a crescent moon, or an upside down curved boat.
Draw the hair using some curves and V shapes.

Continue to draw the hair.

Draw the brim of the hat.
Add some circular embellishments to the hat.
Color the girl and the hat. And you will get a lovely girl.
