Start drawing hats. The hat was like a crescent moon, or an upside down curved boat.
Draw the hair using some curves and V shapes.
Outline the face and add the facial features including eyebrows, eyes and mouth.
Draw the hands holding the chin.
Continue to draw the hair.
This girl is wearing a flat brim hat backwards. Draw the strap on the back of the hat.
Draw the brim of the hat.
Add some circular embellishments to the hat.
Color the girl and the hat. And you will get a lovely girl.
