How to Draw Lotus Roots

Step 1: Draw a circle to form the incision of the first lotus root segment.
Step 2: From the oval, draw a curved line extending to the right and then connect it back to the other side of the oval, forming a cylindrical shape.
Step 3: Inside the oval, draw five small circles arranged in a circular pattern. These represent the holes in the lotus root.
Step 4: Draw several V lines connected coming out from the right of the lotus root, serve as the joint of the lotus root sections.
Step 5: Start to draw the second lotus root segment with a U shape.
Step 6: Draw another oval shape to the left of the first cylinder. This will outline another segment of the lotus root.
Step 7: Draw two more cylindrical sections below the oval, stacking them vertically.
Step 8: Draw zigzag lines at the joints where the cylinders connect.
Color the drawing to complete your lotus roots.
