Start with the clown’s face and both sides of his hair.
Draw the facial features, including the eyes, eyebrows, round nose, and opening mouth.
Put a hat on his head and stick a flower on the hat.
Draw a big bow tie under the face.
Sketch a dress with various polka dots and flowers.
Draw a pair of gloves.
Draw a magical box under the joker’s body.
Add some stars to the box.
Depict some streamers and floating scraps of paper.
Color this joker with bright colors.
