How to Draw a Fire Hydrant

Draw a half circle.
Finish the top with a thin bar.
Draw a tall rectangle.
Add another thin bar.
Add the stem nut and the outlets as shown.
Draw some vertical lines inside the tall rectangle.
Color this hydrant.
