Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy novels written by British author, J. K. Rowling. The novels chronicle the lives of a young wizard, Harry Potter, and his friends Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, all of whom are students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Today we will learn how to draw a cartoon-style Harry Potter.
Step-by-step Guide

Draw the round eyes, perhaps leaving round spaces to indicate the shine of the eyes.
Draw the glasses around the eyes, using round circles.
Draw the arc eyebrows over the two lenses. Then outline the face and the ears.
Draw the mouth and the hair style.
Put on the scarf.
Sketch the coat.
Draw one hand holding a magic wand. And finish drawing the other hand.
Draw the belt and pants.
Add shoes.
Color this adorable Harry Potter.
