Draw a small oval first.
Enclose the oval with a bigger one, and add an arc.
Complete the shape of the shower head.
Draw the handle.
Add some details to the handle and draw a small section of pipe.
Draw a spider web inside the oval drawn in step 1.
Add some small droplets of water.
