Draw a big upside-down letter U.
Draw some curves at the bottom and seal the opening.
Draw two short curves slanting to each side to indicate the eyes. Then draw a small, loose W shape between the eyes to indicate the mouth.
Draw two small V shapes as two short hands.
Draw a flower on the head.
Put some dots around the ghost.
Color the ghost and also the flower. A cute ghost is done.
