Draw a circle not that regular in the center of your paper. This will be the egg yolk.
Draw the egg white around the yolk with a wavy line.
Draw small circles inside the egg yolk as shown to indicate the lustre. And you can shade the egg yolk lightly to create the illusion of it being cooked.
Add a plate.
