Start with the open mouth and tongue.
Draw the beak with curve lines.
Add the fur hair lines.
Draw the belly with an arch.
Draw an angular arm.
Draw the other angular arm.
Complete the outline of the body and add some small V shapes feathery base of legs.
Draw a pair of legs, and make them thicker at the bottom.
