Draw a row of small ovals or circles in various sizes. These are stones.
Use a irregular curved line to enclose all the ovals and circles. And draw some seaweeds as shown.
Draw the corals and add more seaweeds.
Continue to draw the seaweeds, corals and stones. Then draw a starfish on the stone on the right.
Add more seaweed on the top.
Draw some fishes as shown.
Make it a colorful underwater picture.
