Draw a irregular circle like a heart on the left.
Draw another circle like a heart on the right.
Add a stalk to the left cherry. And draw a short curve at the bottom of the stalk, with will form the depression on the top of the fruit.
Add a stalk to the right cherry. And make two stalks join some distance above the cherries.
Draw a leaf to the right stalk.
Draw a small irregular circle near the top of each cherry, indicating the shininess.
