Draw two circles first.
Draw a smaller circle in each of the two circles. Two wheels are done.
Above the two wheels, trace the chassis of the cement mixer truck.
Depict the body of the cement mixer truck.
Draw the window and lights.
Draw a tilted cylinder as shown.
Connect the cylinder to the truck.
Add some patterns on the cylinder. The lining of a concrete mixer is finished
