Draw a circle.
Draw the candy wrapper.
Draw an eye and some short curves in the circle.
Outline a skull.
Shade the shapes of the eyes and nose, draw a line for the mouth and add two pair of short curves as shown.
Complete the wrapper and add a stick.A skull lollipop is done.
