Make the pointy beak of the bird as shown.
Create an outline for the crown as well as the neck.
Draw the eye, and add the feathers that surround the eye.
Draw the outline of the body, wing, and thighs of the buzzard.
Make the feathers for the wing to make it look realistic.
Draw the tail feathers.
Add some short curves on the head and belly.
Draw the legs of the bird and the claws that have pointy ends.
