A bell pepper, or the sweet pepper, is a large green, yellow, orange, or red variety of capsicum which has a mild or sweet flavour and is often eaten raw. The following eight steps will show you how to draw a bell pepper.

Start by drawing an angled shape similar to an inverted U shape to form the stem of the bell pepper.
Draw three cascading curved lines underneath the stem.
Draw a large U shape below what has been drawn.
On the left side, sketch a long, thin C-shape.
Another long, skinny C-shape in the opposite direction.
Add some curves at the top to close the body of the lantern pepper.
Draw a striped shape and a small circle to indicate the shiny part of the bell pepper.
Color the bell pepper. The body of the bell pepper is red and the stem is green.
