Draw an irregular circle. Get a pencil and paper and draw a medium-sized circle. This will be the basic shape of your asteroid.
Draw an oval for a crater. Asteroids have many craters from asteroid impacts over time.
Another two ovals for the craters.
Draw more craters of varying sizes.
Add some short arcs to indicate the roughness. Asteroids have an irregular shape so add some roughness around the edges of the circle by making it bumpy.
Now color this asteroid drawing. And there you have it, a simple yet effective asteroid drawing!
